update rh from mirror with rpm -F ftp://

Dear,

I have a redhat server, and i cannot use up2date, i wan't to download only
the packages that i need to update, and i read the man rpm and when i try
following command:

rpm -F
ftp://ftp.belnet.be/mirror2/ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/updates/7.2/en/os/i386/*

its not working, when i use the debug option i got the message:

D: logging into ftp.belnet.be as ftp, pw (username)
D: found 0 source and 0 binary packages

does anybody has any idea ? thanks!
