Not really, but rpm would anyway have to download _ALL_ the rpms in
that dir, if what you want should work. rpm needs to see inside
the rpm package for what its real name/version/dependencies/etc./etc.
is.
Go to www.freshrpms.net, grap apt for RH7.2 run apt-get update &&
apt-get upgrade
Much easier.
