- Hello all in Linux land... I am trying to get an answerphone system running on RH8, and have been following whatever instructions I can find, including those on VOCP. But no joy. I am using a Dlink-560E+ External Serial Modem, which has voice/fax/data capabilities. This modem is brand new, and was chosen because I found one vgetty user had managed to get a system running with it's predecessor, the 560E.
