Files needed to Install RPM

   Just installed Red Hat 8.0 and loaded the KDE package. While browsing
around I noticed a newer version of KDE.
   I downloaded all the Packages and when I went to install the first one it
did a Dependency Check and said I needed
   these files. libpthread. so.C(GLIBC.2.3.2) and libstdc ++ .so.
J(GLIBCPP_3.2.2). Where can I obtain these files?
