XF86Config will not load properly anymore

I just installed RH9 less than 24hrs ago, and XFree86 ran fine last night.
Now all of a sudden, it would not load all the way up; it would pause during
the startup. So I went to run xf86config to reconfigure it, and the
configuration program cant be found. This is a full custom install with
everything installed. Did Redhat 9 get rid of the xf86config utility to
reconfigure the settings? If so, how can you reconfigure it then?
