For the vast majority of non - programmer / sysadmins ( > 99.99 % ) they
want a hassle free
OS on hassle free hardware which is a combo of TV, VCR, phone, word
processor, email, etc.
MS & Mac are going that way.

hassle free
OS on hassle free hardware which is a combo of TV, VCR, phone, word
processor, email, etc.
MS & Mac are going that way. They want a rich library to work with at a very
high level.
