None, doesn't work for anybody even as root to another user.

-rwsr-xr-x 1 root root 19132 Aug 29 2002 /bin/su

[root@fileserver root]# rpm -qf /bin/su
coreutils-4.5.3-19
[root@fileserver root]# rpm -qV coreutils-4.5.3-19
S.5....T /bin/su

The coreutils package is one of the rpms I updated when setting up Samba. I
installed coreutils-4.5.3-19.i386.rpm from the redhat web site.
