How can I change the window behavior ?

    Using Gnome :

Now (Fedora) : when window "A" is on top of window "B", I have to click on
the TITLEBAR of window "B" to have it on top (of "A")

Before (RH9.0) : when window "A" is on top of window "B", I have to click
ANYWHERE in window "B" to have it on top (of "A")

I found the thing to setup the window focus policy but this one.

    Thanks.
