Are you are any type of banned email list (SPEWS, etc?) You don't have to
have done anything wrong to be on the lists - your ISP may have their
whole range of IP's on the list due to activities of one or more of their
other clients.
Second, have you checked your MX record to be sure it is pointing to the
correct IP?
