installed RedHat 9 but can not register

Well after having a lot of problems with Fedora I went back and
downloaded red hat 9. Well everything that I could not get to work in
Fedora I have gotten to work in 9 witch I am happy about. What I am
having a problem with is that I can not register redhat 9.

I get this error after I have entered all my information,

"problem reistering username"
