sendmail relay

Hi,
I don't relay for all but the specific IP only to my RH9.0 Linux sendmail
server. When I check the maillog, I found a record below. Does it mean
someone tried to send email through my email server? Did this guy success to
send email out? Security is still my major concern. Thanks for any advice.
