It's called SWAT (Samba Web Administration Tool) and usually runs on port
901, so that it can be accessed from a browser with http://sambaserver:901
It's a part of the Samba distribution, or it can be had in RPM at
http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=swat
