Actually don't have to do anything and make it work. Just enable samba
service and start it up.
First of all, you have to make sure whether you have enabled your local
network accessible. If not, modify the line in /etc/samba/smb.conf:
    hosts allow = xxx.xxx.xxx. 127.

Once you login your XP with the same id and password of your Linux user
account, you can browse the your Linux user folder. If you don't find the
computer name at your Network Places, try to type \\<linux ip> in your
Windows explorer, you will find your own folder.
