Question: If I have a Redhat Server on Ext3 and WinXp on NTFS can winxp write to the server?

I was wondering if there would be any problems with this setup

(1) A Redhat Server formatted with a Ext3 filesystem
(2) A Winxp client formatted with a NTFS filesystem

Can my Winxp client write files to the server?
Can I write files from the server to the winxp client?
