Adding screen resolutions

My monitor supports a maximum resolution of 1280x1024, but the largest
one that Fedora let's me select is 1280x960. Is there a way to add a
resolution manually? It detected both my monitor and my video card
correctly and both have no problems running at 1280x1024, just can't
select it.
