Oh - I fool - excuse me, you have a Software RAID, of course :-)

It is not possible to install Linux on a Windows XP Software
RAID, because of the different filesystem.
Windows XP uses NTFS while Linux uses Ext 3. But you can turn off Windows
Raid, use a programm like Partition Magic an resize both Windows NTFS
partitions. Then you can create on each hard-Disk Linux Partitions and use
there Linux Software Raid, of coure.
