Have you checked the HCL (hardware compatibility list),
assuming it's still accessible on Redhat's web site? If
it's gone from Redhat's site, perhaps someone is mirroring
it.
It would also be helpful to know _which_ RealTek NIC it is.
The output of "lspci -v" would be of interest.
