I apologize for such a dumb question, but I am new to linux and cant
find the answer for it anywhere.

I am running RH7.3 and some of the software that Im using is soon
being updated and the developers are saying that the new version of
the software will only work with glibc 2.3

Does RH7.3 support glibc2.3 or is the limit 2.2 and I have to upgrade
the OS itself?

Thanks in advance.
