In file /etc/inittab, about in the middle of the file, you
should see a short section labeled "Trap CTRL-ALT-DELETE"
(without the quote marks). That's where you do what you
want to do. The only non-default thing I have ever tried is
/bin/echo a string that says the key combo is disabled. (I
don't want anyone but me shutting down my main machine.)
