...in Fedora Core. Anybody else having this problem?
Hangs up (using mplayer plug-in) in Mozilla when viewing on the web and
segfaults instantly on start up when trying to view vids off the hdd.
Using gmplayer does the same thing, only leaves a zombie gui that I need
to kill via top. Yes, I have all the codecs installed and am using the
appropriate driver (x11) for my system. Using the exact same hardware as
when using RH9 without problems, it all started when I went to FC1.
I've tried FC1, RH9 and RH9 binaries from FreshRPMS and Livna +
different versions (.92 up to pre3) in an attempt to get full function,
but get the same results.
Incredibly annoying.

MPlayer interrupted by signal 11 in module: init_video_codec
- MPlayer crashed by bad usage of CPU/FPU/RAM.
Recompile MPlayer with --enable-debug and make a 'gdb' backtrace and
disassembly. For details, see DOCS/bugreports.html#crash.b.
- MPlayer crashed. This shouldn't happen.
It can be a bug in the MPlayer code _or_ in your drivers _or_ in your gcc
version. If you think it's MPlayer's fault, please read
DOCS/bugreports.html
and follow the instructions there. We can't and won't help unless you
provide
this information when reporting a possible bug.
