Hmm..... Maybe you mean glibc-2.3.2-5.i386.rpm, it's available here;

Please make sure that you download/install the correct version;

rpm -q --queryformat '%{NAME} %{VERSION} %{ARCH}\n' glibc

If you install the wrong version you will have problems.

FYI: glibc-2.3.2-5 has been updated;
