I just received notice that RH 9 is being discontinued or something to
that effect. I've been give the option by RH to get RH Work Station v.3
orEnterprise v.3 or go with Fedora.

Of course could stick with RH9 but I'm given the impression that this is
eventually a dead end. yes/no?

I've looked over WS and Fedora. Both seem to require a complete re-
installation of Linux. This is not what I wanted to hear.

I use the GNOME desktop. WS uses something called "blue curve".
I don't know what this is? What version of "Eclipse" would I have to get
for "blue curve". Could I install GHOME on RH WS? if I ran into problems
with WS? What GUI desktop is preferable with Fedora?

I realize the WS does cost me something vs no fee for Fedora but I like
that fact of getting updates. Will Fedora notify me of updates automaticly?

I've been exploring Web serving with HR9 I gather that WS doesn't come
with DNS services. Could I go ahead and install them or are their other
factors that would make it impossible for me to set up DNS on a RH WS. It
just happens that I use a virtual DNS service currently. Is RH WS
have other draw back when it comes to web services. Is Fedora
dependable for web services?

Which path should I follow?
