problems printing with lp/lpr to win2000 print server

I have a Windows 2000 server running the tcp-printer services which
provides lpd print services. When I try to print from my linux box using
lpr I am getting an error stating "server-error-service-unavailable."

I am using the following commandline:

lp -h 192.168.1.101 -d Lexmark_PS somefile.cpp

can help me rectify this problem.
