I have a Compaq Deskpro with 128MB and it installed just fine.
Do you have a integrated displaycard which shares the memory with the
main system?
Maybe you can allocate less memory to display driver for installation
time and then correct it back after installation is complete. Or borrow
some memory for installation time.
