CIPE opinions?

Hey,

        I have been playing around with CIPE today, and was just wondering
peoples opinions on it, or on other tunnelling software like it. How
does this one fare up on features, ease of use etc... I ask this mainly
because I really don't know much about setting up vpn's (I do now) but
just curious to know opions and comparisons of other like products for
better or for worse!
