Getting telnet to listen on multiple ports

I've installed a piece of server software that apparently needs to have
multiple ports opened for telnet access. After playing around with
configuration files, I've managed to get telnet working on its default
port but I can't seem to figure out how to do multiples.

Any ideas? I'm using RedHat 9.
