I'm setting up Linux on a notebook, and would like to obtain a copy of the
WordPerfect9-for-Linux software, which Mike Cowpland and Corel were giving
away to Linux users six or seven years ago. (I understand that Corel has
since been bought by Microsoft, and giving away programs that run on Linux
is now a definite "no-no" for Corel!! Did Corel get bought to silence Mr.
Cowpland's Linux enthusiasm??) Can anyone give me a copy of WordPerfect9
that runs on Linux? I would very much appreciate it, and would supply or
pay-for the media to carry the program. If anyone can help, please contact
me through my e-mail address: phil_w_jones@yahoo.com
Thanks.
