remote console - setserial

Hey!

I have a proliant dl380 server running linux redhat v8. I'm
attempting to change the baud rate on the serial port for remote
console purposes. But, I cannot figure out the usage for the
setserial command. I've them in a few different ways to no avail
Any suggestions are welcome.
