Well... if I have understood right... you can create that user to launch
the services with the UID you want, it doesn't matter, unless you need
to run any of those services with root privileges, then use UID=0. I
still can't see what you want to do when RH9 gives you nearly all
done... anyway I still can't grasp the: "i will all setup the server
logged as root...".
