Well, you first you publish the share by editing the
"/etc/samba/smb.conf" file and restarting the samba service.

Then, from Winblows your _your_ system, mount the share but
authenticate as "root". You may have to manually configure the share
info on Winblows to do this; I don't think the auto share finding
will get it right.
