I always vote for a clean install. You can choose to preserve
important partitions such as "/home". Upgrading is slow and quirky;
YMMV.

In my experience, it's slow, slow, slow.

Under some versions, upgrading sometimes missed RPM prerequisites
because RPM's sometimes get these wrong.

Should be alright.

Yup. Its got "up2date" command line. I don't use no steenkin' GUI!

IIRC, one good feature: if your machine presently has a RH9 identity with
RHN, installing RHEL should automatically switch your entitlement
channels from RH9 to RHEL.

Go for it.
