Fedora core 2 : mouse and keyboard issues

Hello,

Upgrading FC1 to FC2, I face 2 problems :

1) the wheel of my mouse (intellimouse like) is not working
2) my keyboard (fr_CH) is OK in X11 but not before (eg. when I have to log
in in graphical GDM mode...)

Those where working perfectly in FC1.... I tried to configure them over
without any results... I also tried to copy from my (FC1) backup
/etc/sysconfig/mouse and /etc/sysconfig/keyboard without any better
results...
