Please be more precise: did it worked yesterday? Do you mean that
WinXP do not boot OR it does boot but do not start? Does Win2000 work
correctly?
What is exactly the error message you get? I can see three possible
causes for this:
1- GRUB cannot find the WinXP boot image
2- The WinXP boot image can no longer find WinXP
3- WinXP can not find itself! That does happen when drive letters are
changed ( this is caused by swapping hard drives around ). Rare but
it happenned to me once; a very sad story...
