You'll need to enter a modeline for your monitor, something like:

# V-freq: 100.00 Hz // h-freq: 127.66 KHz
Modeline "1600x1200" 417.70 1600 1808 2312 3272 1200 1200 1205 1276

XF86Config should be in the /etc/X11 directory, but FC2 may very well
do weird things. Don't use it, so can't say for sure.
