Evolution Adressbook export

Hi @ all,

1) What I Want:
How can I Import the addressbook.cb from Ximian Evolution to Outlook or
how can I convert it
2) Why I want to do this:
my Workstation has had a Hardware crash and so I can't use my normal
system But I need my addressbook and currently I only have a Windows
based Notebook with Outlook for work. The HDD is ok, so i copyed the
adressbook.db, but I found no converter or Import tools to handle this
File in a Windows System
starting evolution-addressbook-export with Knoppix 3.4 fails because
library fails

Can anybody help me?
