yes. i386. Host = pentium M, target = Pentium 4

Oh, ok, so the unique kernel name from EXTRAVERSION means the directories are different and the modules that are loaded are therefore also different and not overwritten?
When compiling the modules I get some deprecated function warnings - I assume these are safe (ish) to ignore?
