I'm using FC1. When I do a 'apt-get update' and 'apt-get upgrade', apt
fetches all packages and stores them in /var/cache/apt/archives/partial,
but it tries to fetch the same files again from the same server and stops
with the error
"size mismatch" There's an example
...
Get:47 http://ayo.freshrpms.net fedora/linux/development/i386/core
compat-libstdc++ 8-3.3.4.1 [665kB]
...
Failed to fetch
http://ayo.freshrpms.net/fedora/linux/development/i386/RPMS.core/compat-gcc-8-3.3.4.1.i386.rpm
Size mismatch
the first command succeeded, the file is on my disc, but the second failed.
No files are installed
what's wrong here?
