Samba Printer "Denied Access" after upgrade from RH7.2 to RH9

Hi
The subject say it all. I have upgraded from RH 7.2 to RH9. I copied the
smb.conf script and hoped it would work. I can access the file shares but
all 3 pointers have access denied when I try to access them from my WinXP
workstation.
Any pointers gratefully accepted
