How to become an Official RedHat Mirror?

Hi all,

Can anybody advise me the correct people to talk to to set up an
"Official" RedHat FTP Mirror? The suggested email address of
ftp@redhat.com doesn't seem to be monitored (no replies to 3 separate
emails in the past 6 weeks).

The Service is based in the UK, and will be mirroring more than 100
sites when it launches in August; we would very much like to have
RedHat available when we launch. :)

For the record, the Service, which is funded by the UK academic
community, will have Gigabit connectivity and is freely available to
all.

Any suggestions greatfully received - please email direct if you don't
want your email address posted on Usenet.
