Well, if you're too lazy to research the alternatives thats your loss. You
can remain locked into M$ hell, while the rest of us are quite happy being
away from all that.
BTW, according to an article at

the new WINXP SP2 firewall is very insecure and can even be controlled by
external programs. That includes viruses and trojans!
I hope you have PAID for a commercial firewall. I suppose you could always
run LINUX on another old computer and use it as a firewall and gateway to
protect your precious M$ machine from becoming a SPAM zombie eh? ;)
But then again, you probably cant be bothered to learn how to do it.
