bootable CD

Hi to all,
I hardly try to create a bootable CD using the FC2-i386-discN.iso
files found at http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/2/i386/iso/
using Roxio Easy CD Creator on a Windows 2000 machine (is that
possible or do I have to use a burner on a Linux box ???) but without
success, the CD doesn't start the machine.
On the CD there are 2 image files: BOOTCAT.BIN and BOOTIMG.BIN.
