DansGuardian question

Hi all,
I hope this is the right place to ask this question.
I installed DansGuardian and it's been working very well except for the
bannedextensionlist.
There are files to be blocked by default in the bannedextensionlist but they
are not working.
.zip is in the bannedextensionlist by default but I still can download zip
files.

Also is there a way to only allow browsing certain sites on a certain time
of the day?
