Hello.
if I have two software raid1 partitions, for example, md1 made from sda1
and sdb1 and md2 made from sda2 and sdb2, how would i go about changing
the assignment so that md2 is actually comprised of sda1 and sdb1 and
md1 comprised of sda2 and sda2? I want to keep the data.
switching all references in the filesystem (raidtab, fstab, grub.conf)
did not yield the results I am looking for, which leads me to believe
that this information is written directly onto the disks somewhere.
is there any way to accomplish this?
thank you.
