problems with new AMD 64

Hi pete,
For whatever my experience is worth to others, I bought the 4 Fedora core 2,
64 bit CD:s from a reputable and inexpensive local source (tesla.com.au;
presumably they had downloaded it themselves), and installed it without the
slightest problem on an AMD 3000 64 bit machine. Admittedly, I ignored the
media test but have not had any problems. Worth trying without the latter?
