RPM Unpack

I just started linuxing and have been testing Mandrake out for the past
few days and yesterday i made the swtich to fedora core 2...

in mandrake, users can double click on a rpm file in x environment and
some software will unpack and install the program automatically... does
anyone know the name of this program?
