Error in loading libstdc++...

Error:
/usr/dialogic/bin/nfascfg: error while loading shared libraries:
libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file
or directory

How can I resolve this problem?

The following command yields:
[root@linux1 cfg]# ls -lrt /usr/lib/libstd*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 710608 Feb 25 2003
/usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5.0.3
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 18 May 8 16:30
/usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5 -> libstdc++.so.5.0.3

Any help appreciated..
