Where to find GIMLET

Hi,

I just upgraded my FC2 to FC3, and I can't find GIMLET. In the feodra
core 3 FAQ, it states that I can add the GIMLET applet to the panel, but
I can't find GIMLET or any input apps in the list. Tried to switch input
method by doing ctrl-space, but doesn't work also.

Can anyone advice ?
