upgrade to redhat enterprise?

    i heard redhat 9 is the latest free distribute i can download?
    we were using RH7.3 now for our mail server, but we had bunch of
    problems recently. we tried RH9 but some modules are missing.
    i wonder if it's necessary to upgrade all the way to the paid
    enterprise version?
    we only want to use the server as the mail server, with tight security.
    should i get ES or WS version?
    redhat.com doesn't explain it well enough.
