Network install requires a NFS, FTP or HTTP server. If your Windows
server provides one of those, you can use it for Fedora Core network
installation.

Follow the Red Hat install guide: http://tinyurl.com/3nh6v , just
replace mentions of "RedHat" with "Fedora".
