Getting my feet wet in Fedora Core 2.
Have a AMD 64 Bit processor all works with the exception of the CD/DVD
player. it is a "NEC 3500A". I can burn a cd or a dvd for data.

But when I try to play an audio CD I get no sound, the sound card works
as I can get all the sounds associated with actions, the player comes up
and I can switch around on the CD to the different tracks, just no audio.

Any advice out there?

Thanks,
John
